Problems solved by technology

[0008] The present invention mainly solves the technical problem in the prior art that the diagnosis and treatment queuing strategy cannot be reasonably adjusted according to the actual situation, and provides a method that can be provided according to the actual service capacity of the hospital, the actual service time of each service unit, and the average number of patients received by the hospital. Embodiment

[0058] Example: In the process of providing diagnosis and treatment services in a hospital, the arrival of patients is independent of each other. For a sufficiently small time period, the probability of two or more patients arriving is extremely small, so it can be considered that the process of patient arrival obeys Poisson flow; at the same time, due to the particularity of medical services, patients are less likely to give up treatment due to waiting, so the queuing model of the loss system is not considered. Under such a premise, a kind of outpatient queuing method of the present embodiment is as follows: figure 1 As shown, it specifically includes the following steps:

[0059] S01 Analyze the data about hospital operation in the hospital information system, calculate the unit time cost Cs of providing diagnosis and treatment services, the unit time cost Cw of providing patients waiting for a doctor, and the average appointment patient arrival rate λ per unit time a , the...

Abstract

The invention discloses an outpatient queuing method which comprises the steps that at a step S01, an operating parameter is extracted from operating data of a hospital information system; at a step S02, the quantity s of a service organizations which can provide diagnosis and treatment services is determined; at a step S03, a wait period W1 of patients and a service cost z1 of a hospital for unit time based on a "first come, first serve" strategy are calculated; at a step S04, a wait period W2 of the patients and a service cost z2 of the hospital for the unit time based on an "absolute priority for an appointment" are calculated; at a step S05, a wait period W3 of the patients and a service cost z3 of the hospital for the unit time based on a "staged priority for an appointment" are calculated; and at S06, weight sums f of the wait periods of the patients and the service costs of the hospital for the unit time based on the three queuing strategies are calculated, and the queuing strategy with the minimum weight sum is taken as a current outpatient queuing strategy. The outpatient queuing method provided by the invention measures and calculates the patient wait period and the hospital service costs caused by the three queuing strategies according to actual situations in order to select the optimal queuing strategy for the hospital. The outpatient queuing method is applicable to all the hospitals which allow the appointments.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical management, in particular to an outpatient queuing method capable of reasonably arranging the visiting order of reserved patients and non-reserved patients. Background technique [0002] In September 2009, the Ministry of Health promulgated the "Opinions on Implementing Appointment Diagnosis and Treatment Services in Public Hospitals". As an important part of the information construction in the new medical reform plan, the Ministry of Health requires all tertiary hospitals in the country to provide "Appointment Diagnosis and Treatment" services. Appointment diagnosis and treatment services aim to shorten the process of seeing a doctor, save patients' time, build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and reduce hospital operating costs. [0003] In recent years, all localities have actively implemented the requirements of the Ministry of Health on developing appointment diagnosis and treatment services, ...
