The invention discloses a self-sealing valve as well as an inflatable product comprising same and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the self-sealing valve comprises a plastic part for forming a gas channel; the plastic part comprises an inner side end part, an outer side end part, an inflating opening and an outer opening, wherein in inflating and sealing states, the inner side end part can be positioned in an inflatable body, and in a deflating state, can be positioned outside the inflatable body by being turned over through the gas channel; the outer side end part is positioned on the outer part of the inflatable body; the inflating opening is formed by the inner side end part; the outer opening is formed by the outer side end part; and the dimension of the outer opening can be set to be greater than or smaller than that of the inflating opening. By changing the dimension and the shape of the outer opening, the dimension of the outer opening can be greater than or smaller than that of the inflating opening, so that inflating, sealing and deflating functions are realized by adopting single self-sealing valve.
