First sliding grooves corresponding to the sliding shafts are formed in the portion, on the periphery of the first air hole, of the middle shell. The sliding shafts are installed in the first sliding grooves so that one ends, far away from the rotating shafts, of the multiple blades carry out surrounding to form an air outlet. The driving device drives the rotating shafts of the blades to move, and the blades rotate with the sliding shafts as rotating shafts to adjust the air outlet.
