Problems solved by technology

In practical applications, due to the individual differences of the captured insects, the way of electric shock is often over-shocking small insects when the power is high and burnt, destroying the shape of insects, and low power does not work for large insects, which affects the image of insects The way of high-temperature heating, because the insects are captured randomly and intermittently enter the heating container one after another. If the insects are heated and killed at regular intervals, the insects are actually heated at different times, and the insects that enter later are not easy due to the short time. In addition, after heating and killing insects, they are discharged in a concentrated manner, which tends to accumulate the discharged insects, making image recognition and counting difficult

Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with drawings and embodiments.

[0021] Such as figure 1 As shown, a field insect collection and treatment device includes an insect trapping assembly 1 , an insect killing mechanism 2 , an insect guiding assembly 3 , a conveyor belt circulation mechanism 4 , an insect collection mechanism, a conveyor belt cleaning mechanism and an image acquisition module 7 . Except insect trapping assembly 1, all the other parts are installed in an airtight casing 8. The insect collection mechanism adopts the insect collection funnel 13, and the conveyor belt cleaning mechanism adopts the cleaning strip brush 6. The insect trapping assembly 1 is placed on the top of the whole device, and the insect killing mechanism 2 connects with the lower outlet of the insect collecting mechanism with its upper inlet, and the upper inlet of the insect collecting mechanism is at the insect trapping assembly 1 The conveyor belt ci...

Abstract

The invention discloses a capture and disposal device for field insects, the device comprising an insect trapping assembly, an insecticidal mechanism, an insect guiding assembly, a conveyor belt cycle mechanism, an insect collecting funnel, a cleaning strip brush, and an image acquisition module. The insecticidal mechanism is consisted of a long metal tube whose external part is provided with heating units and multiple circular plates with long axes. The circular plates are equidistantly arranged inside the long tube so that the inner part of the long tube is equally divided into multiple segments. The circular plates are supported and fixed by the long axes of the circular plates passing through the tube wall of the long tube. The long axes can rotate about the axes so that the circular plates rotate in the long tube. The insect guiding assembly is consisted of a folded plate which is provided with a semi-conical protrusion by combining a plate folded into an obtuse angle and a semi-cone. By cooperation of the insect guiding assembly and a horizontal belt transporting mechanism, caught insects are spread on a flat surface. By use of the capture and disposal device, insects are caught, effectively killed and laid down in a preferable shape under an image acquisition module so that optimal images are collected by the image acquisition module.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a field insect capture, processing and image collection device. Background technique [0002] Using computer image recognition and processing technology to forecast field pests is a technology that uses image sensors to collect insect images, and uses computers to identify and count insects in the images. This technology requires the use of an insect catching device with the functions of catching, killing and placing insects to capture and process insects, and then it is equipped with an image sensor and a corresponding computer for identification and counting. The insect catching and processing device needs to provide the image sensor with complete and scattered insect forms, so that the image sensor can collect clear and non-superimposed insect images, which is convenient for computer identification and counting. The usual insect catching device first traps insects by light, then kills insects by electric shock or concentrat...
