The TR module comprises a FPGA chip, a system clock network, an ADC chip, a DAC digital-to-analog conversion chip, a gain controller, a receiving interface and a transmitting interface; the receiving interface receives an intermediate frequency signal and transmits the same to the ADC chip to convert into a digital signal, and then the digital signal is transmitted to the FPGA chip; the FPGA chip accomplishes the digital down-conversion processing of eight paths of receiving signals and finally sends processed signals; and meanwhile, the FPGA chip receives a digital beam synthesis signal and sends the digital signal to two DAC digital-to-analog conversion chips after comprehensively processing eight paths of transmitting signals, thereby accomplishing the DUC up-conversion and DAC digital-to-analog conversion, an intermediate analog signal is output to the transmitting interface after the analog signal after the digital-to-analog conversion is controlled through the gain controller. The single TR module of the system supports eight receiving channels and eight transmitting channels.

Exploiting-following wireless intelligent spraying dustfall control system for mines

The invention relates to an exploiting-following wireless intelligent spraying dustfall control system for mines, which is applied to combined mining (caving) working surfaces. The control system consists of an end head monitoring controller, a node spraying dustfall controller and a coal winning machine infrared emission sensor, wherein the node spraying dustfall controller comprises node sensor systems and controller systems; each node sensor system comprise a hydraulic pressure switch sensor, a coal dust concentration sensor, a pedestrian photosensor and an infrared receiving sensor; the infrared emission sensor emits sector infrared lasers, and scans the infrared receive sensor to obtain the working position of the coal winning machine so as to control and open a region spray head under wind flows and perform spraying dustfall. The hydraulic pressure switch sensor obtains the position allowing coal to be put, and controls and opens the spray head to discharge the coal and remove dust. Controllers are in wireless communications, so that the wiring error can be avoided, and maintenance and repair are simple. According to the invention, the design of internal circuits conforms to the standards and the requirements for the production technology of mine safety, and the control system has the functions of explosion prevention, dust prevention and water prevention.
