The tumor immunity type nutritional composition comprises a high-energy total-nutrient composition and an immune regulation component, wherein the high-energy total-nutrient composition comprises a protein source, a saturated fatty acid source and a carbohydrate source; the immune regulation component comprises new good materials, fungi and unsaturated fatty acid; the new food materials are selected from ginseng or tea polyphenol; the fungi are selected from lentinula edodes, tremella and coprinus comatus; the unsaturated fatty acid is selected from fish oil, purple perilla seed oil and seabuckthorn seed oil; and the mass ratio of the high-energy total-nutrient composition to the immune regulation component is (80-92): (8-20). The product disclosed by the invention is an immune formula which is high in protein, high in fat, low in sugar and high in energy; the energy substances provided by the protein, the fat and the carbohydrate are 18-25%, 48-55% and 25-32%, respectively; and by adopting a high-fat emulsification and micro-capsule embedding technology, the produced tumor immunity type nutritional composition is high in stability and slow in release, and is capable of relieving the symptoms such as negative nitrogen balance and lean body mass loss of the tumor patients, particularly the lung cancer and breast cancer patients.
