Problems solved by technology

However, the amount of water stored in dams, reservoirs, etc. is small, and they need to be strengthened and repaired every year, and the silt should be cleaned regularly. Not only is the input cost high, the labor intensity is high, and the silt formed by flood erosion is not fully utilized.

Embodiment 1

[0020] Seasonal flood standard area 1000km 2 Peak flow is 500m 3 For floods below / s, a tree-like three-level utilization method is established, and the same level can be used multiple times, and each level can be used once. Specific reference figure 2 :

[0021] First-level utilization mode: the interception dam has 6 rows of interception piers, the first row is composed of 6 interception piers, and the number of subsequent interception piers decreases in turn; build a reservoir and a silt area under the last row of interception piers;

[0022] Two-level utilization mode: the interception dam has 5 interception piers respectively, the first row is composed of 5 interception piers, and the number of interception piers in the subsequent rows decreases in turn; build a reservoir and a silt area under the last row of interception piers;

[0023] Three-level utilization mode: the interception dam has 4 rows of interception piers, the first row is composed of 4 interception pie...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for gathering and utilizing seasonal flood. A multi-stage utilization method is constructed according to the width of a riverbed, the flood discharge, and an area to be utilized. The method is implemented in six aspects of blocking, shunting, mitigating, dredging, silting and utilizing, and comprises the following steps corresponding to the six aspects: flood is blocked; a diversion port is formed on the basis of blocking; flood impact is mitigated after multiple blocking and shunting; impact mitigated flood is dredged according to local conditions to a place with high utilization potential, that is, an impounding reservoir and a sediment deposition place for sediment in flood; and after the flood, not only water is stored, and a piece of land is formed to be used for planting. After the flood, water is gathered and stored, sediment deposits to form the land to be used for planting, the utilization of the gathered water and depositing sediment after the seasonal flood is effectively realized, the problems of ecological environment and water shortage in planting are solved, and the method is especially suitable for arid and semi-arid lands with seasonal flood.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for collecting and utilizing floods, in particular to a method for collecting and utilizing seasonal floods, and belongs to the technical field of environmental engineering. Background technique [0002] Flood refers to extremely large runoff, which is often flooded because the river channel cannot accommodate it. At present, there are about 2 / 3 of my country's land area with different types and different degrees of flood disasters. According to the water source and time of flood formation, floods can generally be divided into two types: seasonal snowmelt floods and storm floods. Seasonal snowmelt floods occur in a specific period and have certain regularity and predictability. Such floods typically flow through hot, dry regions and have a small average annual flow, but large seasonal flood peaks caused by snowmelt. Because of the large flood, the area where it flows cannot be fully utilized in time, which still lea...
