Embodiment Construction

[0013] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0014] The embodiment of the present invention does not use additional time or frequency spectrum to send the training sequence, but directly loads the training sequence on the signal, such as figure 1 shown. Here we take an OFDM signal with dual polarization (x polarization and y polarization) as an example.

[0015] We define the mathematical notation we want to describe. definition Indicates the signal sent by the nth subcarrier on the 2mth OFDM symbol with x polarization at the transmitter; definition Indicates the signal sent by the nth subcarrier on the 2mth OFDM symbol with y polarization at the transmitter; definition Represents the signal received by the nth subcarrier on the 2mth OFDM symbol of the x polarization at the receiving end; definition Indicates the signal received by the nth subcarrier on the 2mth OFDM sy...

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of optical fiber communication, and particularly relates to a channel recovery method of a coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system of a hidden training sequence. Through adding a training sequence on a transmission signal, the training sequence is extracted at a receiving end and the channel is estimated. Then the interference of the training sequence is eliminated at the receiving end, the estimated channel is used to balance the signal, and thus the recovery of the signal is completed. According to the method, the spectral efficiency of the coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of optical fiber communication, in particular to a channel restoration method of a coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system of a recessive training sequence. Background technique [0002] The channel estimation of the current coherent optical OFDM system is based on the training sequence method. However, a too long training sequence will bring down the spectrum efficiency. Therefore, in coherent optical OFDM systems, new techniques are needed to realize channel estimation without reducing spectral efficiency. Contents of the invention [0003] Aiming at the deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention proposes for the first time a method of using a recessive training sequence in a coherent optical OFDM system to realize channel estimation and signal recovery. This method is mainly for coherent optical OFDM systems. Here, a standard dual-polarization coherent optical OFDM (Orthogo...
