The method comprises: the terminal device receiving driver sign information obtained by an intelligent wearing device; the terminal device analyzing current physical states of the driver according to the driver sign information; the terminal device sending the current physical states of the driver to an intelligent vehicle-mounted system, when the intelligent vehicle-mounted system determines that the current physical states of the driver is different from the driver physical state matched with the current vehicle driving mode, the intelligent vehicle-mounted system switching the current vehicle driving mode to a vehicle driving mode matched with the driver current physical state; wherein, vehicle related parameters corresponding to different vehicle driving modes are different, and the vehicle related parameters at least comprise vehicle music types. Using the method, the vehicle driving mode can be switched according to the physical states of the driver, so as to effectively prevent fatigue driving.
