The method includes the steps that operating data of all fan coils of the central air conditioning system are obtained, indoor environment data of rooms corresponding to the fan coils are obtained, outdoor environment data are obtained, and supplied water temperature data of a central air conditioning main pipe are obtained; the target indoor environment states of the rooms corresponding to the fan coils of the central air conditioning system are set; the control parameter curve of the central air conditioning system is calculated according to the target indoor environment states of the rooms corresponding to the fan coils and the supplied water temperature data of the central air conditioning main pipe; and the central air conditioning system is controlled to operate according to the control parameter curve. By the adoption of the adjusting method, no monitoring equipment is needed, the dynamic hydraulic balance of an air conditioner water system is achieved through dynamic control over electric two-way valves of the fan coils and setting of the wind speeds of the fan coils, the demand for indoor comfort is met, and energy consumption of the air conditioning system is lowered.
