Embodiment Construction

[0031] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the present invention clearer, the various embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, a person of ordinary skill in the art can understand that, in each embodiment of the present invention, many technical details are proposed for the reader to better understand the present application. However, even without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments, the technical solutions required by the claims of this application can be realized.

[0032] Since the horizontal dimension of the porous film (usually millimeters or centimeters) is much larger than its vertical thickness (usually micrometers or nanometers), applying a certain fluid pressure and flow rate on its surface is better than applying it on its sidewalls. It's much easier. Based on this, when measuring the horiz...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of detection and discloses a manifold, and a system and a method for detecting permeability of a porous film containing the manifold. According to the invention, the manifold is used for guiding flow to pass through the porous film in the detection for the permeability of the porous film. The manifold comprises an air inlet, an air outlet, a central slot and two lateral slots, wherein the air inlet is communicated with the central slot; the lateral slots are communicated with the air outlet; the two lateral slots and the central slot are arranged in a parallel form and are distributed on the two sides of the central slot; a pressure sensor is connected between an injection pump and the air inlet; the injection pump is used for supplying the flow at adjustable flow speed in the detection for the permeability of the porous film; the pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure difference between the air inlet and the air outlet in the detection for the permeability of the porous film; the permeability of the to-be-detected porous film can be calculated on the basis of Darcy law according to the flow speed of the fluid of the injection pump and the measuring value of the pressure difference. The manifold provided by the invention can be used for directly detecting the horizontal permeability of the porous film and has wide application prospect.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of permeability detection, in particular to a permeability detection system and method of a manifold and a porous film containing the same. Background technique [0002] The horizontal permeability of a porous film is an important hydrodynamic property that determines its capillary wetting and fluidity characteristics. The fluid permeability of porous media is described in the famous Darcy’s Law. Darcy’s Law believes that the permeability reflects the obstructive effect of porous materials on fluid flow. Permeability has three components in three-dimensional space. For a porous film, the permeability includes two plane permeability (in-planepermeability, also known as horizontal permeability) and through-plane permeability (through-planepermeability). The calculation formula of Darcy's law is as formula (1), [0003] Q A = κ μ d P d S - - - ( 1 ) [0004] Amon...
