The safety automobile air-conditioning system comprises a vehicle control unit and an air-conditioning control unit, and further comprises an air oxygen content sensor, a vehicle speed sensor as well as an air quality sensor, a chair pressure sensor and an oxygen generation device, wherein the air oxygen content sensor and the vehicle speed sensor are respectively connected with the vehicle control unit; the air quality sensor, the chair pressure sensor and the oxygen generation device are connected with the air-conditioning control unit; the working method of the air-conditioning system comprises the following steps: switching an air-conditioner into an external circulation mode, introducing outer circulation air into a vehicle, detecting the air quality of the outer circulation air by using the air quality sensor, if the air quality of the outer circulation air is not qualified, switching the air-conditioner into an internal circulation mode, and powering on the oxygen generation device at the same time, so as to compensate oxygen into the vehicle.
