The method comprises the steps of determining a gray value range of organics of a core sample; performing three-dimensional image reconstruction on another core sample; picking up organics in a three-dimensional image according to the determined gray value range of the organics; counting pixels of the organics; calculating the content of the organics. For a shale sample in a specific area, the method for measuring organics content in shale selects a core sample first and extracts organics in the core sample by chemical separation; the organics sample that is extracted is scanned on an X-ray apparatus, and the gray value range of the organics is acquired from scanning results; then the core sample to be analyzed is subjected to CT scanning, a core three-dimensional image is reconstructed on a computer, and according to the known organics gray value, organics are identified and marked on the core three-dimensional image so as to statistically acquire the content of the organics.
