Example Embodiment

[0018] Example

[0019] The present invention is a resource optimization management method oriented to a cluster system, including:

[0020] Step 1: Integrate the computing nodes in the cluster system into different queues, and when a task enters a certain queue, the configuration attributes of the task in the queue are calculated;

[0021] Step 2: Calculate the priority of the task in the queue according to the priority influencing factor of the task, and set the execution order for the task in the queue according to the priority, the execution order is from high priority to low priority;

[0022] Step 3: Check whether there are high-priority tasks in the queue that have occupied some resources, but because all the required resources have not been obtained, the tasks cannot be executed temporarily and the occupied resources are idle;

[0023] Step 4. If it is determined in step 4 that there are idle resources, under the premise of not affecting the high priority tasks, according to the...

Abstract

The invention discloses a resource optimal management method aiming at a clustering system. The method includes: integrating nodes into different queues; distributing tasks into different queues; determining a task completing sequence by calculating priority of the tasks; when there are nodes which are occupied while in an idle state, enabling the idle nodes to pick other tasks to complete according to different strategies. By the method, by flexibly calling and arranging of the idle nodes inside the system, the objectives of increasing utilization rate of the nodes in the clustering system and improving overall efficiency of the clustering efficiency are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cluster system optimization method, in particular to a cluster system-oriented resource optimization management method. Background technique [0002] A cluster system refers to a group of mutually independent computers that use a high-speed communication network to form a computer system. Each cluster node, that is, each computer in the cluster, is an independent server running its own process. These processes can communicate with each other, and it is like forming a single system for the network client, which cooperates to provide users with application programs, system resources and data processing, and manage them in the mode of a single system. However, in the current cluster system, due to improper resource allocation, many nodes are idle most of the time, and there are still many jobs to be completed in the queue where the idle node is located. Due to this situation, the cluster The node utilization rate of the system ...
