The device comprises a belt part which is tied around the waist of a user, a connecting part which is positioned on the belt part and is provided with two pre-positioned connection units, a strap part which is placed on the shoulder of the user, a supporting part which is used for supporting a mobile phone and comprises a supporting tube and a supporting clip, and a plurality of detachable fixing units which are used for fixing the supporting tube on the strap, wherein two ends of the strap part are respectively connected with the belt part by the two connection units; one end of the supporting tube is connected with one connection unit on the belt part, and the other end of the supporting tube is connected with the supporting clip; and a mobile phone is placed on the supporting clip and is fixed by the supporting clip.
