Abstract

The invention discloses a panel assembly which is used for an air conditioner. The panel assembly comprises a panel and air guiding strips. The panel is provided with round holes. The air guiding strips are in an arc shape and arranged in the round holes. Round air outlet ducts are jointly formed by the air guiding strips and the walls of the round holes. The air guiding strips can move in the axial direction of the round holes so that the air outlet angels of the air outlet ducts can be changed. The invention further discloses the air conditioner. According to the embodiment of the panel assembly and the air conditioner, the round air outlet ducts are formed by the air guiding strips and the walls of the round holes, and the air conditioner using the panel assembly can achieve 360-degree air out; and meanwhile, the air guiding strips move in the round holes, thus, the air outlet angels of the air outlet ducts can be changed, and the air outlet effect of the air conditioner is good.
