Raw materials of the oxidation resistant coatings are easy to be obtained, and the coatings have low cost and simple preparation process and are adaptable to oxidation resistance for various steels when being heated at 700-1300 DEG C/ 2-8 hours.

In addition, in multiple liquid phase reactions, the shell layer can prevent active species in the micro-environment inside from outwards losing, and thus the service life of the catalyst is prolonged. In addition, for certain organic matter catalytic reactions, the shell layer can prevent carbon deposit in a reaction process, and the carbon deposit-resisting property of the catalyst is improved; meanwhile, after one layer of stable matter coats the surface of certain nanometer particles which are likely to agglomerate and inactivate to form the core-shell structure, the agglomeration trend of the nanometer particles is greatly weakened, and the stability of the catalyst is improved.

According to the invention, with the structure of the reactor and the processing method, a good fluidized state is maintained, and the loss of the immobilized carrier is inhibited. The reactor, the system and the method are advantaged in high elementary sulfur production rate, good processing capacity, hydraulic load impact resistance, substrate load impact resistance, simple structure, and easy amplification.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: co-radiation grafting is achieved among a polymer basement membrane, a monomer p-styryl trimethoxysilane and divinylbenzene by adopting the co-radiation grafting method; the sulfonation is carried out to the radiation grafting membrane; and the target product, namely the proton exchange membrane, is formed by the hydrolysis-polycondensation reaction between the sulfonated membrane and the hydrochloric solution. The proton exchange membrane obtained by the method is introduced with base group which forms strong chemical bonds with the polymer basement membrane and has water holding function, thus improving the water holding performance and the mechanical strength of the membrane and having better size stability and proton conductivity. For the co-radiation grafting method provided by the invention, a chemical initiating agent is not required and the co-radiation grafting method can be finished under room temperature, the performance of the membrane can be improved and the grafting rate of the reaction can be controlled by adjusting such parameters as the irradiation dose, dose rate, the monomer concentration and so on. Therefore, the co-radiation grafting method is an effective method for preparing the proton exchange membrane with high quality, homogeneous phase and low cost.
