The charging control device includes a detection module, a judgment module, a charge control module and a power supply management module. The detection module sets the power percentage and the battery voltage obtained when a charger is inserted as reference power percentage and reference voltage, and detects the power percentage at the beginning of charging and the battery voltage during the operation of the charger. The judgment module inactivates the charge control module when judging that the power percentage is greater than or equal to the reference power percentage, and controls the power supply management module to boost the battery voltage when judging the battery voltage is less than the reference voltage. The charge control module calculates a difference between the boosted battery voltage and the preset reference comparison voltage, determines the difference between the difference value and the increment of the charging voltage, and outputs the boosted battery voltage or the reference voltage to the power management module for charging according to a judgment result.
