Engineering project online consultation system

Abstract

The present invention provides an engineering project online consultation system, comprising a client device, a consultant device and a call center, wherein the client device comprises a user input unit, a project submission unit and a project reading unit; a call center comprises a consulting recording unit, a consultant's search unit and a storage unit; and the consultant device includes a consultant's opinion input unit, a knowledge base unit, a consultant's opinion submission unit, and a recording update unit. The system integrates a large number of consultants on the same platform for online communication between users and consultants. Users can easily access the required professional engineering consulting services through this system. By integrating resources, the consultant resources can be used in the maximized manner, and the user is helped to effectively obtain project consulting services.
