This invention discloses a legal intelligent
consultation system based on multimodal evidence fusion, relating to the fields of
artificial intelligence and
big data processing technology. It includes a
presentation layer, a
control layer, and a service and data layer. The
presentation layer renders legal consultation content in real time via a streaming communication protocol. The
control layer incorporates a
finite state machine module and a strategy scheduling module to identify
user intent stages, control the dialogue flow between information
triage, in-depth analysis, and
report generation states, and dynamically load different persona instructions based on user patterns. The service and data layer includes a multimodal RAG retrieval subsystem, a distributed vector
database management subsystem, and an LLM scheduling and evaluation subsystem. This invention can directly parse injuries and contract details from images and voice evidence from audio, greatly expanding the application scenarios of legal consultation systems and avoiding information omissions caused by relying solely on text descriptions.
