system based on the AI technology, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting vital sign data of a patient, vehicle running state data and traffic
road condition data, carrying out cleaning and space-
time alignment, and constructing a first-aid transfer state
data set; and S2, performing illness criticality assessment and hospital resource matching based on the first-aid transfer state
data set, locking a target hospital through a two-way resource
interaction protocol, and generating a main
navigation path. According to the method, the
vital signs of the patient, the running state of the vehicle and the real-time
road condition data are subjected to unified space-
time alignment, and illness criticality evaluation, hospital resource locking and track re-planning based on medical operation stability are introduced, so that the first-aid transfer path can be dynamically adjusted according to the state of the patient and the
road condition; therefore, the medical continuity and the path decision accuracy of the critical patient in the transfer process are remarkably improved, and the overall treatment efficiency is improved.
