The method comprises the following steps: a server node respectively generates different key chains for group members in the same group, wherein each key chain comprises at least one key; each group member node acquires the key chain corresponding to this node from the server node, or each member group node generates the key chain corresponding to this node according to an initial parameter and the generation method same as the server node; the server node and each member group node respectively starts a same key from the key chain corresponding to this node according to a pre-negotiated method; the server node and the member group node perform the communication based on the started key. By use of the way of respectively generating different key chains for the group member nodes, the risk that the communication key of the member group node is acquired by other group member node can be lowered, and the security of the system is improved.
