Abstract

The invention discloses a hot word recommendation method and device combining multiple data sources. The method comprises the steps of by screening out list data in a search engine database, conducting intersection on the list data obtained by screening and search log data, and obtaining hot words in data intersection and page view amounts corresponding to the hot words; extracting the hot words which correspond to a page view amount rank before a preset threshold value; when a client-side is started lately, choosing the hot words with a preset number from the extracted hot words to be pushed to the client-side to be displayed. According to the hot word recommendation method and device combining the multiple data sources, the multiple data sources are combined to jointly screen the hot words, timeliness of the recommended hot words is guaranteed, and the hot words which are recommended by a single data source, have low search result quality but are presented are removed.
