The method comprises the steps that a PC client is connected with a server through soket, communicates through a UDP, and inquires data of induction lights stored in the server; a cellphone APP client builds a link with the server through the soket, inquires information of all induction lights on the site through a cellphone APP, receives an inquiry command at the same time, and then sends a command of inquiring intelligent induction light information, or sends the command of inquiring intelligent induction light information at regular time; the server sends an inquiry command to intelligent control terminals on the site at regular time through a GPRS network, the intelligent control terminals upload all induction light information, site visibility data, battery level of the induction light, and temperature data to the server, and the server receives the information and then analyzes and stores the information, and provides inquiry data; and the intelligent control terminal passively receives information sent from a remote control terminal through the GPRS network.
