The route selection method specifically comprises the steps of responding to a payment request of a user, and acquiring a telephone number corresponding to the sent payment request; parsing the attribution of the telephone number; querying out multiple call charge payment channels according to the attribution; calculating a channel score of each call charge payment channel according to preset scoring rules; and selecting a call charge payment channel with the highest score from the multiple call charge payment channels to act as a current payment channel. Therefore, the call charge payment channels displayed on a display interface of the user are no longer constant, but dynamically displayed on the display interface of the user according to specific conditions of the multiple call charge payment channels, thereby providing better payment experience for the user, and thus solving a problem of poor user experience caused by the relatively fixed call charge payment channels.
