According to the electricity price information released by the electricity sales company, each user determines the planned electricity consumption on the basis of combining their own electricity consumption benefits and maximizing their own electricity consumption revenue, and reports the planned electricity consumption to the electricity sales company. This paper establishes the marginal cost pricing model among the upper-level electricity sales companies, and the lower-level multi-user electricity benefit optimization model.
