The monitor storage device can determine corresponding video playback data according to the dynamic detection result of the GOP data, when an image does not change according to comparison of the nth GOP data and previous GOP data, theGOP data of small data amount is sent, so that transmitted data in video playback is reduced effectively, the decoding pressure of the client is relieved, and the system resource of the client is saved.
