The device comprises a thermal shrinkage jacket, a sound wave data acquisition system, an X-ray CT imaging system, a main body reaction kettle, a gas injecting system and a confining-pressure oil-bath circulating system, realizes a hydrate P-wave speed data acquisition function of the rock core, andcompares the P-wave speed with log data to judge whether hydrate remodeling is completed or not. The main body reaction kettle, the thermal shrinkage jacket, the natural rock core and end caps at thetwo ends define a main body system, so that hydrate in the rock core is remodeled and generated. The confining-pressure system realizes control on peripheral sea bottom in-situ pressure and temperature of the rock core. Under action of the rock core confining, the gas injecting system realizes control on pore pressure inside the rock core.
