Abstract

The invention discloses a difficult-airway three-dimensional reconstruction method based on MRI and an application. Based on an upper airway MRI scanning picture, and through combining reverse engineering software, three-dimensional digital models of a real upper airway and a surrounding structure are reconstructed. The upper airway and the surrounding structure and form can be accurately displayed. A certain amount of load analysis can be performed so as to lay the foundation of relevant mechanics and unique measurement analysis. Through the upper-airway three-dimensional digital model, an accurate position of an airway is marked. A mandible length, an angle of mandible and a tooth pharynx sound angle formed by an incisor point, a highest point of a posterior pharyngeal wall and a middlepoint of rima glottidis are measured to predict anatomical differences between a normal airway and a difficult airway so as to achieve comprehensive and accurate quantification of anatomical specificities of the difficult airway.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of clinical medicine, in particular to a three-dimensional reconstruction method and application of an MRI-based difficult airway. Background technique [0002] In clinical anesthesia, keeping the patient's airway open is one of the most critical goals that anesthesiologists need to achieve, and it is also the most basic skill and operation in clinical anesthesia. Improper or untimely treatment will cause severe hypoxia, even suffocation, and changes in various organs throughout the body. In severe cases, it will induce arrhythmia or even ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest. Studies have shown that the incidences of mask ventilation difficulty and tracheal intubation difficulty in general anesthesia are 2-7% and 6%, respectively. Whether it is difficulty in mask ventilation or difficulty in endotracheal intubation, it is life-threatening, and the continuous occurrence of difficulty in mask ventilati...
