Problems solved by technology

[0010] It can be seen that the traditional assessment scale is a qualitative assessment scale, which generally divides movement assessment and describes the recovery degree of specific movements broadly. It is difficult to accurately judge the recovery status of patients in one or more rehabilitation courses, which is not conducive to doctor adjustment. Rehabilitation training programs are not conducive to increasing the confidence of patients in their own rehabilitation

Embodiment Construction

[0063] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0064] Pronation of the forearm refers to the movement process of the hand from the pronated neutral position (the center of the fist is up) to the pronation position (the palm is down), which is of great significance for judging the degree of hand function recovery.

[0065] A quantitative evaluation method for hand function rehabilitation based on the pronation of the human forearm, including the quantitative evaluation process of the pronation of the forearm, the acquisition of the evaluation results of the pronation of the forearm, and the steps of testing patients with the pronation of the forearm.

[0066] The present invention uses an optical motion capture device to capture and acquire information on human hand bones and joint points in real time, wherein the optical motion capture device is such as figure 1 As shown, it consists of a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a hand function rehabilitation quantitative assessment method based on the forearm pronation action of a human hand. Information of human hand skeleton and various joints can be acquired in real time via existing optical capture equipment which is composed of a grayscale camera and an infrared receiver; in combination with a current rehabilitation assessment standard, related quantitative information of an affected hand of a patient is compared with quantitative information of a healthy hand of the patient, and a calculation result is taken as a patient's forearm pronation action assessed value, so that a patient's hand function recovery degree can be reflected. According to the hand function rehabilitation quantitative assessment method provided by the invention, in combination with existing computer vision and optical action capture technologies, the information of the hand skeleton and various joints can be captured and processed in real time via the opticalcapture equipment; with the healthy hand of the patient as a reference object, assessed values of mean angular velocity, mean angular acceleration and forearm pronation angle in a forearm pronation action motion process are obtained by calculation, so that quantitative description on patient's forearm pronation action in a rehabilitation training process can be achieved, and doctors and the patient can precisely master the rehabilitation degree change of the affected hand in a treatment process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rehabilitation training evaluation method, in particular to a hand function rehabilitation quantitative evaluation method based on the pronation motion of the human forearm. Background technique [0002] According to the "Second National Sample Survey of Disabled Persons", the incidence of stroke in my country ranks first in the world, with more than 1.5 million patients and a disability rate as high as 86.5%. It is the primary cause of limb disability in people over 60 years old in my country, and most patients suffer from hemiplegia and hemiplegia. Among them, about 30% to 66% of patients will have upper limb motor dysfunction. During the long-term rehabilitation training process of patients, the recovery of hand function plays an important role in improving the quality of life of patients. Through the intervention of rehabilitation training and treatment, some patients will recover to varying degrees in hand function with...
