Abstract

The present invention provides a method and device for indicating a radio bearer. The method for indicating a radio bearer is applied to a base station, and includes the steps: configuring at least one transmission function for a radio bearer RB; configuring at least two transmission entities which are shared by each of the transmission functions; adding first information into a first indication message which is used to characterize the transmission function and the transmission entities; and transmitting the first indication message to a terminal so as to enable the terminal to set the transmission function and the transmission entities corresponding to the RB according to the first indication message. Therefore, the method for indicating a radio bearer can implement one or more transmission functions by using the at least two shared transmission entities for the same RB, can improve the indication efficiency of the radio bearer.
