The method comprises the steps of obtaining an original BIM file, wherein the original BIM file comprises multiple BIM entity objects forming a building model; analyzing the original BIM file, and extracting geometric topology information and attribute information of building elements in the original BIM file; based on the geometric topology information and the attribute information, performing data duplicate removal to generate a graph library object set with completely unduplicated sample graphs; obtaining the matched sample graphs in the graph library object set according to entity types for the original BIM file, and generating reference data of the BIM entity objects relative to the sample graphs; and storing the graph library object set and the reference data.
