The method comprises the following steps: establishing a user portrait, wherein the user portrait comprises user attribute characteristics, service line characteristics and distribution channel characteristics; when a to-be-pushed message for a target user is received, determining a target user portrait corresponding to thetarget user, wherein the target user is mapped with a plurality of distribution channels; inputting the to-be-pushed message and the target user portrait into a pre-established channel prediction model, and obtaining a target distribution channel corresponding to the to-be-pushed message; and pushing the to-be-pushed message to the target user by adopting the target distribution channel. According to the embodiment of the invention, an optimal distribution channel is selected based on the user portrait, and the message is pushed to the user by adopting the optimal distribution channel, therefore the recall rate of the user is improved.
