Abstract

The invention provides a communication method and device and a storage medium. The communication method comprises the steps: monitoring the network states of all communication operators in a pre-configured operator set, and receiving state information, which is transmitted regularly and used for indicating the normal or abnormal network states, from the communication operators; and selecting one communication operator for initiating a virtual number request from the set when there is a need to distribute a virtual number to a user, wherein the network state of the communication operator is monitored to be normal and the received state information is normal. According to the invention, the method can achieve the monitoring of the network state of the communication operator, can avoid the data accumulation caused by the abnormal communication of the virtual number services, guarantees the stability of the communication between users, and improves the communication experience of the users.
