By means of cooperation of five compounds, the composition in the embodiment of the invention protects the HK-2 cells damaged by calcium oxalate monohydrate and further can be used for preparing medicines for treatingkidney stone. The composition can be combined with specific sites on the HK-2 cells, and is an effective component for playing the pharmaceutical effect.
