The invention discloses a taxi-hailing system based on customized service, comprising a driver-side taxi-hailing system APP and a passenger-side taxi-hailing system APP. The driver-side taxi-hailing system APP includes: a common order receiving module which receives the taxi-hailing request without special requirements issued from the platform; an achievement order receiving module receiving the taxi hailing request with special requirements issued from the platform, wherein the service platform matches the passenger demand information with the achievement information reached by the driver, and customizes the taxi-hailing request with characteristic requirements; an achievement completion module recording the accomplishments according to the certification rules set by the platform. The passenger-side taxi-hailing system APP comprises: a common taxi-hailing module which generates a taxi-hailing request and sends the request to the platform, wherein the taxi-hailing request includes theorigin and destination information; and a special demand taxi hailing module that generates a taxi hailing request and sends the taxi hailing request to the platform, wherein the taxi hailing requestincludes origin, destination information and demand information. The system can flexibly provide customized service for customers with special needs.
