The invention discloses a fuel
cell cold starting
system and method and a vehicle, the
system comprises an
electric control unit and a cold starting subsystem, the cold starting subsystem comprises an electric
pile, a
back pressure valve, a mixed discharging device, a three-way valve, an
air filter, an
air compressor and an
intercooler, the
air filter, the
air compressor and the
intercooler are connected in sequence, and an outlet of the
intercooler is communicated with an inlet of the electric
pile; an outlet of the electric
pile is communicated with an inlet of the
back pressure valve; wherein the three-way valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline of the
air compressor and the intercooler, a first outlet of the three-way valve is communicated with an inlet of the intercooler, a second outlet of the three-way valve is communicated with an inlet of the
back pressure valve, and an outlet of the back pressure valve is communicated with an inlet of the mixed discharging device; the
electric control unit is electrically connected with the three-way valve and used for controlling the first outlet of the three-way valve to be
cut off and the second outlet of the three-way valve to circulate, so that high-temperature air compressed and discharged by the air compressor enters the back pressure valve through the second outlet of the three-way valve. The
system can effectively reduce water residue in the back pressure valve and prevent the back pressure valve from freezing when the fuel
cell system is in
cold start.
