The electric tricycle control device is characterized in that the revolution speed transducer sends speed signals to the drive controller through the ECU; the revolution speed transducer is arranged on a rotating shaft of the pedals and is connected with the ECU. The revolution speed transducer detects the revolution speed of the pedals and transmits voltage signals to the ECU, and the ECU gives instructions to the drive controller to enable the wheel hub motor to output the corresponding revolution speed according to the revolution speed voltage signals detected by the revolution speed transducer, so a tricycle can advance. When the pedals do not move or rotate reversely, the ECU does not give the instructions to the drive controller, and the wheel hub motor does not work.
