visibility information to the controller; and the controller is used for controlling the active light emitting induction facilities to work in the specific
modes on the basis of the visibility information. The method comprises the following steps: detecting visibility of a road region; and when the visibility is less than a first threshold value, but more than a second threshold value, starting a first mode to enable the active light emitting induction facilities to
flicker under a first frequency, and when the visibility is less than the second threshold value, but more than a third threshold value, starting a second mode to enable the active light emitting induction facilities to
flicker under a second frequency. According to the invention, vehicles can be reliably guided to safely run under the condition of low visibility, warning of safety vehicle intervals is provided in real time and serial rear-end collision is effectively prevented.
