This invention discloses a mechanical limiting and
hydraulic cylinder coordinated driving mechanism for the inner pull-out mechanism on the top side of a two-color injection mold, relating to the field of two-color injection mold technology. The mechanism includes an inner pull-out
shovel base and a limiting drive rod fixed to the fixed mold side, and a
hydraulic cylinder, an inner pull-out steering block, an inner pull-out main body, and a limiting slider disposed on the moving mold side. The limiting slider has a limiting groove, and the limiting drive rod has an inclined portion that cooperates with it. The inner pull-out steering block has a limiting hole, and the limiting slider can be inserted into or removed from the limiting hole under the action of an elastic element. During mold opening, the limiting drive rod separates from the limiting groove, and the elastic element drives the limiting slider to lock the inner pull-out steering block, preventing it from falling. During mold closing, the limiting drive rod drives the limiting slider to unlock via the inclined surface, and then the inner pull-out
shovel base precisely resets the inner pull-out steering block. This invention, through a purely mechanical limiting structure, eliminates the risk of the top side slider falling during
power switching, improves reset accuracy, eliminates the auxiliary
hydraulic cylinder, simplifies the mold structure, and reduces costs.
