The controller determines the location of an engineering vehicle according to GPS real-time positioning information, when the engineering vehicle leaves a building site, the electronic lock unit is controlled to be locked, and when the engineering vehicle arrives at a dealing and accommodating field, the electronic lock unit is controlled to be unlocked; and when the engineering vehicle drives to the dealing and accommodating field from the building site and the electronic lock unit is unlocked, alarm information is sent to the control unit. According to the system, illegal behaviors such as throwing, spreading, leakage and drop of muck and slurry in a transportation process of the engineering vehicle are effectively contained.
