According to the blood vessel and the optic disc in the target fundus image, the bending degree of the blood vessel in the target fundus image is determined, the retinal vessel bending degree is automatically determined based on the full convolution depth neural network, and therefore the retinal vessel bending degree recognition efficiency can be improved.
