By determining the first-order derivative and the second-order derivative of the outer coil tube temperature, defrosting can be determined to perform on the air conditioner according to the first-order derivative and the second-order derivative, and a defrosting condition can be intuitively determined; when frosting degree of the air conditioner is relatively light, defrosting is not performed, so that precise defrosting is performed while frost is relatively thick; and meanwhile, frequent defrosting caused by incomplete defrosting can be avoided.
