Problems solved by technology

For a long time, due to the limitations of test equipment and test methods, researchers have often been unable to fully evaluate the elastic-plastic properties of materials, microscopic deformation and damage mechanisms, and other parameters, resulting in the inability to predict the failure behavior of materials in actual service, which often affects human life and huge damage to property
In particular, to solve the problem of elastic-plastic parameter detection of materials, most of the existing technologies have the defect that the analysis process is relatively cumbersome, and it is difficult to obtain multiple elastic-mechanical parameters of the material through a single test, often requiring repeated tests, and the analysis efficiency is extremely high. Low, the overall cost of the test is also high; and the external conditions of each test are difficult to be completely consistent, so the analysis results are prone to large fluctuations, and the accuracy is low. These problems need to be solved urgently

Abstract

The invention discloses a method, a system and a device for detecting an anisotropic elastic constant of a material, and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining deformation displacement and strain information of the material through the full-field strain measurement technology, establishing multiple groups of different virtual fields based on a characteristic function virtualfield method, and analyzing the deformation displacement and the strain information based on the virtual fields to finally detect the anisotropic elastic constant of the material. The system comprises a measurement module, an obtaining module, a detection module, a processing module and a display module. The device comprises a memory for storing programs, and a processor for loading the programsto perform the method. By using the method disclosed by the invention, multiple mechanical parameters of the material can be obtained at one time, thereby greatly reducing the input of the cost of a mechanical test of the material, and improving the analysis working efficiency of the material by workers. The method, the system and the device disclosed by the invention can be widely applied to thetechnical field of material detection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of material detection, in particular to a method, system, device and storage medium for detecting anisotropic elastic constants of materials. Background technique [0002] In the 21st century, with the development and development of information science and technology, there has been a lot of progress in the technical means of testing the parameters of the material constitutive model. In particular, the wide application of full-field measurement technology has made a breakthrough in the accuracy of the analysis and detection of material elastic constants. [0003] Accurate material mechanical performance parameters are the basis of various mechanical analysis and structural design. For example, the performance test of aircraft composite materials is a very important research topic. For a long time, due to the limitations of test equipment and test methods, researchers have often been unable to fully evaluat...
