The invention discloses a server management method, system and device, and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: automatically configuring an initial IP address of anetwork card of a target server if the network setting information of the target server is received for the first time; sending indicator light flickering information to the initial IP address, and controlling a network card corresponding to the initial IP address to flicker an indicating lamp; receiving the position information of the network card determined based on the flickering indicating lamp; setting a network of the target server according to the network setting information, and allocating a target IP address to a network card of the target server; and establishing a corresponding relationship between the position information and the IP address. According to the server management method provided by the invention, the target IP address is allocated to each network card based on theposition information, and the corresponding relation between the position information and the target IP address is established, so the position information of the network card can be directly determined subsequently according to the corresponding relation, the network card is convenient to manage, and the management difficulty of the server is reduced.
