Abstract

The disclosure relates to a method and a device for controlling open-loop power and a computer readable storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of communication. The method comprises the following steps: access network equipment determines a first path loss compensation factor of a first terminal and a second path loss compensation factor of a second terminal; and the access network equipment sends transmission power configuration information, wherein the power configuration information comprises the first path loss compensation factor and the second path loss compensation factor. The transmission power configuration information sent to the terminal by the access network equipment includes the first path loss compensation factor and the second path loss compensation factor, andthe terminal can select one of the first path loss compensation factor and the second path loss compensation factor as required to control the transmission power of the terminal, so that the application is flexible.
