The invention discloses a self-adaptive switching method and device of a wireless antenna and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: performing analysis to obtain a first destination MAC address of a first wireless signal sent by network equipment; performing controlling to switch the wireless antenna of the network equipment according to the first destination MAC address, theomnidirectional signal intensity table and the directional signal intensity table; wherein each omni-directional optimal RSSI entry included in the omni-directional signal strength table represents the corresponding relation between the MAC address of the wireless device and the omni-directional RSSI value, each directional optimal RSSI entry included in the directional signal strength table represents the corresponding relationship among the MAC address of the wireless device, the directional optimal RSSI value and the directional antenna sector; an antenna unit of the network equipment comprises an omnidirectional antenna and N directional antennas, the antenna is in one-to-one correspondence with antenna sectors, and the directional antenna sectors of the N directional antennas jointlyform a 360-degree full-coverage sector. According to the invention, the self-adaptive switching of the wireless antenna can be conveniently and effectively realized, and the complexity of a switchingscheme is reduced.
