Abstract

The invention discloses a PCIe extension exchange system and method, an electronic device and a computer readable storage medium, the PCIe extension exchange system comprises an exchange logic moduleand a configuration module, the exchange logic module comprises an upstream port, a plurality of downstream ports and a configuration unit, the upstream port is connected with a PCIe root node, each downstream port is connected with the corresponding PCIe terminal node, and the upstream port is connected with each downstream port; each downstream port comprises a configuration interface, the configuration module is connected with each configuration interface through a configuration unit, and the configuration module is used for configuring a connection mode of the PCIe expansion switching system and/or the number of the downstream ports. Therefore, the PCIe extension switching system provided by the invention is achieved by adopting hardware logic, extra resources of the microprocessor module are not needed, and the PCIe extension switching system can be configured in a logic interface mode or a software mode of sending configuration data.
