Embodiment 1

[0050] Example 1. A prognostic model of Asian lung adenocarcinoma patients established based on immune genes related to EGFR mutation EIGPI and ICPMI model established by EIGPI combined with clinical information and model validation

[0051] The present invention uses the GIS2019 cohort composed of 169 Asian lung adenocarcinoma patients to construct an immune gene prognostic marker model EIGPI associated with EGFR mutation in Asian lung adenocarcinoma patients and an ICPMI model established by the EIGPI combined with clinical information. The constructed model was validated with the GSE31210 lung adenocarcinoma cohort consisting of 179 Asian patients with lung adenocarcinoma and the CICAMS cohort consisting of 179 Asian patients with lung adenocarcinoma.

[0052] The clinical characteristics of Asian patients with lung adenocarcinoma are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses an immune-clinical feature joint prediction model that can be used to evaluate the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma. The present invention provides a prognostic risk prediction system for Asian lung adenocarcinoma patients, including detection of 10 gene expressions of ANGPT4, BDNF, FABP7, INHBE, OXT, PI3, S100A2, TEK, SEMA3G and SERPIND1 in tumor samples of Asian lung adenocarcinoma patients volume system. The present invention systematically studies the immune-clinical prognostic model index for the first time. This study is the first to systematically explore the relationship between EGFR mutation, immune phenotype, and prognosis in Asian patients with lung adenocarcinoma, and establishes a compound immune and clinical model related to EGFR mutation. This model may be a reliable and promising prognostic tool and help to further personalize patient management.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and particularly relates to an immune-clinical feature combined prediction model that can be used to evaluate the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma. Background technique [0002] As we all know, lung cancer is a common malignant tumor that seriously threatens human health. As the most important type of lung cancer, lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) seriously endangers human health and life, with more than 1 million deaths worldwide every year. Although there are many mature treatment methods for lung adenocarcinoma, such as chemotherapy, molecular targeted therapy, immunotherapy, etc., the long-term survival rate of patients is still not ideal, with an average 5-year survival rate of 16%. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find an effective predictive tool that can assess disease prognosis and patient survival, and then guide patient treatment individually. With the development of high-throughpu...
