Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a supporting assembly, a display device and a control method of the display device. The supporting assembly is used for supporting a flexible display panel. The supporting assembly comprises a curling shaft used for enabling the flexible display panel to be wound around the curling shaft, the axis of the curling shaft extends in the first direction, and the curling shaft is arranged in a radially deformable mode; the driving element is connected to the curling shaft and is used for driving the curling shaft to radially deform; and the detection element is arranged on the curling shaft and is used for acquiring stress information of the flexible display panel. According to the supporting assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, the stress condition of the flexible display panel can be improved by changing the radial size of the curling shaft.
